“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Booked a stay for 3 nights and when I arrived to check in, the owner told me there was no room and they said they contacted expedia to issue a refund on my behalf. They lied right to my face, there was no refund coming and 2 months later I finally got the charge resolved. STAY AWAY unless you want to have your money stolen”

“My husband and I had spent a week at Betty's bungalow for our anniversary. We spent alot of time on the beautiful lake fishing. Had many camp fires right by the lake, when putting out the fire, it was really nice because of the very short walk into the cabin, with it being dark AND forgetting our flashlight. From the fire to watching the stars and all the cool lightning bugs , in which i had never seen before. They had a nice, clean grill we could use in which we used every day and eating at...

“Lovely, cozy cabin. We really enjoyed our stay! Only hiccup we had, was that the driveway is pretty steep and we got stuck leaving one afternoon. Nothing anyone can do about that, except maybe a heads up in the description. (It was dark when we arrived ane we didn't realize how steep the driveway was until we were halfway down) After that, we parked at the top of the driveway and we had no issue! Beds were comfy, it had everything we needed. Hoping to come back in the summer so we can enjoy...

“Our stay was lovely! Our host and staff were friendly, communicative and responsive. The grounds were well kept. Our dog loved sleeping in the sun on our deck. The area is beautiful. We were there just as the leaves were beginning to change. The lake was like glass, reflecting everything perfectly. We definitely will stay again!!! ”

“If you need to stay in this area of MN, this motel is the BEST. Very comfortable, quiet, clean has mini fridge, microwave, internet, cable TV, and you can't beat the price.”

The town of Litchfield was literally a few minutes away and everything we needed for our stay was already provided. I would have given it a 5 star rating, except it was a bit chilly at night in certain bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay in this property again.”
